Account and Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your STEMP account and related data from this page, even if you cannot sign in to the app.

What will be deleted

• Account identifiers such as account email and user id
• App data associated with your account in STEMP services

Data that may be retained

To meet legal, security, and abuse-prevention obligations, STEMP may retain a minimal deletion log, such as hashed email, sign-up date, deletion date, and consent version history.

Retained information is restricted to compliance and security purposes.

Processing timeline

Deletion requests are processed after identity verification and are usually completed within 7 days.
